Returns without Cause

Customers ordering goods on the Internet have the right to cancel orders within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, and the goods returned to us within a further 7 days, by recorded delivery at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent by other methods. The goods should be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition, with tags and label intact and the receipt should be included. A refund in respect of the goods, less the postage fee, will be issued. 

Exchange of Goods

In the event of customers wishing to exchange goods due to the shipping of an incorrect size, style or imperfect goods a replacement will be shipped without additional charge. Exchanges requested for any other reason will incur a shipping charge.
