Shipping Information

Orders will ship within 10 days of receipt of order. Some orders may ship sooner. Customers will be notified by email as to when order will ship and when order has shipped. Customers will also be notified by email of any delay, offered an alternative product or have the option of canceling their order. 

Standard delivery will be via An Post, please ensure that it will possible for An Post to effect the delivery. Rochel On-line take no responsibility for the service provided by An Post.
