You are not required to open an account to buy products on this site. If you choose to open an account (save time, the next time you buy!) that account will exist until closed at your written request or at the discretion of Rochel On-line management. Please note that only information relating to your orders will be maintained, we never see your credit/laser card details. No contract shall exist with Rochel On-Line until the order has been confirmed as shipped by email sent from Rochel Online Limited.

We will endeavor to ship your order from stock within 48 hours or you will be notified of any delay, offered an alternative product or have the option of cancelling your order. Standard delivery will be via An Post please ensure that it will be possible for An Post to effect the delivery. Rochel On-line take no responsibility for the service provided by An Post.

Customers ordering goods on the Internet have the right to cancel orders within 7 days of receipt of goods. Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, and the goods returned to us within a further 7 days, by Recorded Delivery at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent by other methods. The goods should be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition, with tags and label intact and the receipt should be included. A refund in respect of the goods, less postage will then be issued.

In the event of customers wishing to exchange goods due to the shipping of an incorrect size, style or imperfect goods a replacement will be shipped without additional charge. Exchanges requested for any other reason will incur an additional shipping charge.
